4 CHEESE RAVIOLI SMOKED SALMON, PINK PEPPER AND CHIVES

INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Giovanni Rana Four Cheese Ravioli
- 8 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup smoked salmon, chopped
- pink pepper to garnish
- small bunch of chives, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
START COOKING
Cook the ravioli according to package instructions and strain. Transfer the pasta to a big bowl, then add the smoked salmon. Season with salt and pink pepper to taste. Garnish with chives, then serve.
